The Moot are a self managed female live band and busking outfit from Huddersfield in West Yorkshire and have recently moved to Stockport, Cheshire Greater Manchester. They play a mix of reggae, ska, soul, indie covers and their own unique style of happy, dancey music. The Moot have been performing together since 2005 and started busking full time in 2010 where people are cheered up and found dancing up and down the streets of many Northern towns and cities with big smiles on their faces. The Moot have also played many gigs and events such as weddings, birthday parties and charity gigs.
